Individual Counselling Session
50 Minutes
I offer counseling sessions for children, parents, and individuals. Through a warm and supportive approach, I provide a safe space for them to express their thoughts and feelings. With my background in cognitive behavioral therapy, I use evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s needs; I empower them with tools to face challenges confidently.
Children face challenges that can affect their emotional well-being and development.I aim to foster a positive environment where children build self-confidence, develop healthy relationships, and thrive emotionally. Let us support your child on their journey to growth and well-being.
Psychoeducational Assessments
Assessment Intake: 50 minutes | Psycho-educational Testing: 420 minutes
Psychoeducational assessments are utilized to assess children’s cognitive abilities, academic skills, and socio-emotional well-being to identify strengths and areas for growth. These assessments provide a deep understanding of your child's strengths and growth areas. After a child completes an assessment, I can deliver tailored intervention strategies and recommendations to support your child on their educational (and broader life) journey.
I create a supportive environment where children can thrive by collaborating with parents, educators, and professionals. If you’re concerned about learning challenges or have been advised to pursue an assessment, I provide compassionate guidance and evidence-based evaluations to help your child reach their full potential.
An assessment intake is required before the psychoeducational testing.
Psychoeducational assessment fees are $3800 and cover the following:
An intake interview
The assessment sessions
A debrief session to review the assessment results
A comprehensive report
A detailed receipt can be provided and submitted to third-party insurance providers.
Fees are consistent with the recommended fee schedule determined by the College of British Columbia Psychologists. Assessment and clinical counselling are covered under many extended health care plans. Please check with your provider for details specific to your coverage.
Adult ADHD Assessment Intake
50 Minutes
Many adults first recognize ADHD symptoms in themselves after their child is diagnosed, as they reflect on similar challenges in their own lives. Together, we’ll review your personal, academic, and work history to identify potential patterns and challenges associated with ADHD.
Using a comprehensive, evidence-based approach, I will assess symptoms, answer your questions, and determine if further evaluation or interventions are needed. This session is a first step toward understanding how ADHD may impact your life and creating a personalized plan to support your goals.
